Nopo Dlekramzniho (Dlekramz /ˈniho/ [thin ^)slender); slim] [costume]) is a subtropical Town located in the Rúpoůj Aysh Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Nopo Dlekramzniho is derived from the Faeish language, as Nopo Dlekramzniho was founded by Ǵath Qoůtsi̊, who was culturaly Fae.
Climate
Nopo Dlekramzniho has a yearly average temperature of 8°C (46°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 24°C (75°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a freezing -8°C (18°F). Nopo Dlekramzniho receives an average of 271 cm/y (106 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Nopo Dlekramzniho covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4518 m (14822 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Nopo Dlekramzniho was founded durring the early 14th century in spring of the year 1345, by Ǵath Qoůtsi̊. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Nopo Dlekramzniho was built using the conventions of Fae durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Nopo Dlekramzniho is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brick construction taking the shape of large simple gemometric shapes which ate then embelished with decorative features, but retain their simple shapes in spite of the added features such as pillars, faccaddes, and covered walkways. The blocky nature gives a general impression of extreem age, as if each structure has existed since time immemorial.
Nopo Dlekramzniho is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt carved bedrock streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The town's failry decent fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Right off the bat Nopo Dlekramzniho hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The new wealth has created some worrying attitudes in many passers by, such that it’s clear new laws have recently been enacted and enforced with such extreme scrutiny the locals seem to be going about their day as if by clockwork.

Nopo Dlekramzniho has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Nopo Dlekramzniho's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Nopo Dlekramzniho possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Nopo Dlekramzniho's grid is powered by mana accumulators.
Nopo Dlekramzniho has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Nopo Dlekramzniho has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Nopo Dlekramzniho's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

Nopo Dlekramzniho's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves long periods of drunkenness to channel Enchantment energies of tier 1 via throat singing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Nopo Dlekramzniho was attacked by members of a peasant revolt. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Nopo Dlekramzniho lost 272 people, 203 livestock, and 91 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 111, when members of Nopo Dlekramzniho's militia enacted an operation to secure a particular port to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Nopo Dlekramzniho's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Nopo Dlekramzniho's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
